Democratically Fertilized Poverty

In theory, to say that democracy is the government of the people, by the people and for the people is absolutely correct. At least, that is what its beneficiaries and teachers of political science do say. But to claim and believe that democracy is actually the trademark of the past and present occupiers of political offices in Nigeria would be coterminous to stupidity and/or insanity. Are you wondering why the conclusion above is a clear hardline? With confirmed information, it is poisonous to the youth of today that the federal government of Nigeria pays each selected participant in the N-Power programmes a sum of 30,000 naira (82 USD or 69 EUR) monthly. With such a meagre pay, there are troubling reasons to worry.  If the slogan of N-Power which reads: empowering Nigerian youths for prosperity , is true, then, some questions should be asked.  1.     Why are the sons and daughters of the failure-politicians in Nigeria not in the programme?  2....
