Nigerianisation of Recruitments
When God created what was later labelled Nigeria, He intentionally endowed its different geographical landmasses which the British colonial lords amalgamated to become what is humanly recognized today as a country. Based on this fact, the creation of what is politically and internationally known as Nigeria has no link with God’s divine identity. It is the work of men – the colonialists! After all, the Creator did not direct the slave traders from the West to direct, manipulate, dominate and nail the African people to the wall of colonialism and neocolonialism. To make the situation worst, re-colonisation has been the trademark of social life and politics in Nigeria from 1960 till date. Africans enslaving their fellows with laws, capitalism, mercantilism, fascism etc. Therefore, the 1960 independence is a charade. What then does Nigerianisation of recruitment mean?
